These days, is there anything more important than a company's security? Land O'Lakes partnered with Utility Brand on an annual employee campaign to engage, educate and inspire employees to be more vigilent in their caretaking of corporate information. In light of all the worldwide hacking incidents and identity theft, the timing was right. The program launched with a phishing email from the CEO that led to a site saying the employee had been hacked. Results are pointing to areas where employees are doing well and gaps for improvement. The program is also helping transform culture.
