As Utility, Jo-Anne has successfully partnered with start-ups and smaller brands as part of an "outsourced creative department," managing all their marketing needs as well as with Fortune 500 companies on fun, stealthy, guerrilla projects.
In her career, Jo-Anne has led teams of 4 up to 300 globally, pitched and won a $100 million account and a brand identity project for $1 million, produced celebrity campaigns and launched the Maserati back into the U.S. But in 2009,
Jo-Anne traded in her big global job with offices in 30 countries and large overhead to roll up her shirtsleeves again and work hands-on alongside entrepreneurs. (She comes from a family of entrepreneurs.) Seeing the shift in digital and mobile, Jo-Anne has spent the last four years working almost exclusively in digital, social, mobile and ecommerce.
Jo-Anne's work has been recognized by AIGA, The Show, One Show, Caples, Echo, Icon, NAMA, W3 Interactive, Webby, International Web Pages. She's been published in Graphis, Print, How, CA Magazine. AdWeek selected her work for the best integrated campaign, and AdAge Magazine cited her work for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as the most memorable TV campaign during the holiday season.
